Fairpack shopping bags

Hardly wearable (unless you stick it over your head) but definately chic. The philosophy behind this prototype is to reinvent the good ol’ and not-so-very eco friendly shopping bag? Central Saint Martins student Mark Hadfield’s have tried to do this with the project Fairpack. His bags are made of environmental friendly biodegradable plastic bags, recycled paper and cotton. According to Coolhunting the philosophy behind is fused by ethics and design to “unbrand” the normal grocery bag. We support his attempt as long as they actually can carry something.
