Wifi hotspot flower

No more staring at the LCD screen of your laptop while walking down the block to identify hotspots. (At least for the more feminine among us) Hotspot Bloom is a wearable flower that glows and changes color to indicate the signal strength of a nearby wireless network (802.11b/g). With its mobile interface, it’s supposed to allow people to immediately identify hotspots. It’s not clear if this is still a prototype, but it’s definately an excellent idea that deserves a wider audience.
